M.B.A (Managerial Accounting) 1982, University of Hartford CT. – U.S.A. / (With Honor). B.S in Accounting, 1975/1976, University of Garyoness - Benghazi – Libya. His work experience: Minster of State in charge of Investment and International Cooperation –Libya. Top executive and Chairman, general manager of Libyan Arab Investment company (1990-2004). Chairman, CEO, of Libyan Long Term Portfolio (managing about $10 billion internationally). Chairman / Board member of a lot of international banks and companies (1988-2012). Senior Advisor to some banks and Investment companies (2012 ). Teaching graduate level (MBA, PhD) Libyan Higher Academy (1995-2010).

· Conventional & Islamic Banking-Theory, Modeling, Practice (Recently, I have published a research paper titled (Did Islamic Banks Benefit from the Financial Crisis of 2008?) at Research Journal of Finance and Accounting on 28/02/2016, ISSN 2222-1697 (Paper) ISSN 2222-2847(Online) Vol 7, No 4 (2016).
· Working now on paper covering the topic of cost of borrowing in reference to Islamic and Conventional Banks (Comparative analysis).
· Optimum Portfolio within the Arab Financial Markets Integration (Expected research).
